Vendor Terms & Conditions updated 9/10/25: By displaying your items in Bee Hill Bakery, you agree to these terms and conditions. Bee Hill Bakery is not responsible for any stolen or damaged items. Payments for your revenue (less our 10% commission, any refunded merchandise, and applicable taxes) will be ready for pickup by the 10th day of the following month, or can be sent via Venmo/Zelle, and you’re independently responsible for complying with any laws applicable to you. We don’t manage any inventory tracking on your products, including retaining your price tags, tracking your products, running reports for you, etc. You may merchandise your products during business hours only and agree that Bee Hill Bakery may modify the way you’ve displayed your products. You will be thoughtful in how you display your products, ensuring you’re not blocking other vendor’s items. If you see empty space available, you will first get permission from the bakery to use it. You will not move other vendor’s merchandise to other shelves to take the space they are in. You agree to remove your merchandise if your merchandise has zero sales in a 60-day period (this period of time may reduce if we experience a waitlist of vendors ready to partner with Bee Hill Bakery). If you’ve been asked to remove your items and do not do so within 14 days, your items will be donated or discarded. You may cancel your vendor relationship with Bee Hill Bakery at any time for any reason and we may do the same.
